Flexible Working Conditions - Anglican Care recognises the need for work/life balance.  Because our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there is some flexibility in accommodating staff needs.  In consultation with the Facility Manager, days and hours that can be worked may be negotiated.
