Anglican Care offers a wide choice of care service options throughout the Hunter and Central Coast regions to meet individual needs, enhance lifestyle, encourage independence, maintain socialisation within our community and assure peace of mind.
Our residential facilities are located at Booragul, Carey Bay, Mount Hutton, Toronto, Merewether, Jesmond and Warnervale and provide dementia care, palliative care, slow stream rehabilitation, frail elderly care, married couple accommodation and respite services.
To assist with the maintenance of independent living and ensure a quality lifestyle in your own home, community care services are offered in the Hunter and Central Coast regions. Services consist of Community Aged Care Packages, Extended Aged Care at Home Packages, dementia specific care and day therapy services. Retirement living villages are located at Booragul, Carey Bay, Toronto, Mt Hutton and Merewether.
