Anglican Care employs a dedicated team of approximately 600 staff who pride themselves on the provision of first quality aged care services to the people we have the privilege to look after. Our team is composed of pro-active, caring staff that ensure that Anglican Care's philosophy and standards are maintained at all levels of our organisation.
Below is information pertaining to our Board of Directors, Corporate Executive Group and Managers.
Board of Directors
Anglican Care is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who assist Anglican Care in performing to its best potential.
The Board of Directors role is to provide governance and strategic direction and work effectively with senior management to ensure high quality care and service delivery.
All Directors live within the regions serviced by Anglican Care and are committed to community development and improving aged and community services.

Corporate Executive Group
Anglican Care has a dynamic hands-on Corporate Executive Group who work with managers and staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care, quality lifestyle to our care-recipients and their families.
The following individuals currently comprise the Corporate Executive Group:

Colin is responsible to the Board of Anglican Care for all aspects of the business, both strategic and operational.
Reporting directly to Colin are members of the Corporate Executive Group together with the following other staff members:

Ms Lindy Henshaw, Executive Director of Community Care Services
Lindy is responsible for the management of Anglican Care’s community based programs which include Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) and Extended Aged Care in the Home (EACH) packages, the Day Therapy Centre at Booragul and all of Anglican Care’s Retirement Living Units.
Lindy is the overall manager of Anglican Care’s community based programs both in Lake Macquarie and on the Central Coast. In Lake Macquarie, Lindy is supported by Co-ordinators Carmyl Brown, Karin Williams and Danny O’Hearn and on the Central Coast by Lenore Smith, Team Leader, who is supported by Michelle Sprowles and Bridgette Mexted. Clerical assistance is ably provided on both sites.

Colin directs and manages Anglican Care’s Finance Team, supported by the Finance Manager, Lyndal Day. This position ensures Anglican Care has the skills and resources to support the introduction of a new Financial Management System and for undertaking comprehensive and complex cash flows and feasibility studies required for Anglican Care’s future growth and development.
