Volunteering
Become involved, make a difference and join the Anglican Care family!
“A volunteer provides a service through a formal organisation, by choice, without financial remuneration and for the benefit of the community” – definition of a volunteer.
Volunteer support is a vital part of our commitment to quality service for our residents.
Without volunteers, many of the additional services and new friendships we are able to offer at Anglican Care would be impossible.
Self worth, great fun, friendships and job opportunities can all be part of getting involved with our wonderful staff and aged care community.
There are numerous ways you can become involved with Anglican Care including: assisting with craft activities; becoming part of our Ladies Auxiliary; reading books or poetry; and playing games, just to name a few. You may even have a hobby or skill that you would like to have added to our lifestyle and wellbeing programs! Feel free to let us know.
If you are interested in volunteering with Anglican Care, or having a look at our Volunteering brochure, please contact our Human Resources Department on 4958 0093 or click on the link below.
Days and times are negotiated to suit the needs of YOU, the volunteer, and our residents and staff.
