Meet our HR Team
Catherine Mordaunt, Human Resources Manager
Catherine is responsible for coordinating each of the different components of Human Resources at Anglican Care. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, OHS, return to work, workers compensation and employee relations. Catherine heads up the Human Resources team which comprises three Human Resources Officers: Jodie O’Hearn, Katrina Blackham, Michelle Gibb, and Human Resources Assistant, Brydee Curan.
Jodie O’Hearn, HR/ Learning and Development Officer
Jodie is responsible for coordinating staff training and development, assisting with planning, developing and delivering education, and identifying career opportunities for Anglican Care employees. As a Human Resources Officer, Jodie is also involved in all areas of HR.
Katrina Blackham, HR/ Occupational Health and Safety Officer
In her role as Occupational Health and Safety Officer, Katrina assists in the development and implementation of risk management, workplace inspections, OHS consultation, return to work and injury management and Occupational Health and Safety policies. Katrina’s role as a Human Resources Officer also encompasses all aspects of HR.
Michelle Gibb, HR/ Recruitment Officer
Michelle's primary role is to provide a centralised recruitment service for all Anglican Care facilities and services. This involves managing all stages of recruitment from screening applications, to interviewing, and finally onboarding successful new employees. Michelle also provides professional support for managers and staff at all levels, on all aspects of Human Resources.
Brydee Curan, Human Resources Assistant
Brydee's primary responsibility is to provide executive support across all areas of HR to her team members. Brydee is responsible for coordinating volunteers across each of Anglican Care's facilities and she is also the editor of Chit Chat, Anglican Care's staff newsletter.
