The village is situated in a quiet residential area close to public transport and nearby Toronto Shopping Centre and Toronto Private Hospital.
A shopping bus is provided on a weekly basis and residents are able to organise their own activities such as luncheons, bus trips, cards, scrabble and many other social activities. Residents hold regular meetings to discuss relevant topics.
