In response to the new legislation we have updated our Privacy Statement. Anglican Care takes any accidental or unauthorised disclosure of personal information seriously and will complete an assessment and investigation into all alleged incidents. We are obligated to notify the individuals affected if a data breach of personal information occurs and is likely to result in serious harm. We encourage any individual that suspects our systems have been breached, to contact us as soon as possible.

Your personal information & our openness

Personal information about visitors to our sites is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. Where possible, we will indicate the purpose for the collection and the use of the information, to whom it may be disclosed and how you can request access to the information.
