As a part of the team, you have access to the following great benefits:Salary Package a range of everyday living expenses (Mortgage, Rent and Bills), up to $611/fortnight.Career and development opportunities, we want you to flourish.Flexible working options (including compressed week, RDO’s & 9-day fortnights)14 weeks paid maternity leave or 3 weeks paid parental pay.Give back to the community and the people we support.Access to Fitness Passport (over 300+gyms)Free access to our corporate Employee Assistance Program40% off Anglican school enrolment feesDiscounted health care plans through Medibank Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.Maximising the use of systems to support with planning and execution of strategic decision making.Refining existing processes and procedures related to facility management to maximise value to the organisation.Ongoing refinement and some implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure full compliance to all maintenance activities.Ensuring compliance of procedures and processes to drive financial operational improvement for internal stakeholders whilst increasing productivity and site safety.Providing recommendation on new facilities and redevelopment of existing facilities to ensure best use of organisational capital and support on project planning.In collaboration with Procurement, driving improvements in contractor performance via regular reviews and clear communication of expectations.Overseeing the coordination with external vendors for facility-related services and negotiate property related contracts.Managing annual compliance certification for Newcastle Anglican buildings and relevant services including legislation for Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) and council requirements.Managing facility budgets and reporting on financial performance.Working with and developing the teams.Please refer to Positions Description for full scope of the role.
