Project Manager
The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join Newcastle Anglican. In this role you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects across Newcastle Anglican and all of its agencies.
This is a Full Time 12-month contract and is ideal for someone who has managed a broad and varied portfolio of projects across a range of organisations.

What are we looking for?
- Lead projects from early concept and scoping through to delivery and hand over to client.
- Coordinate stakeholders and lead project delivery outcomes including budget, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
- Manage associated project documentation and governance artefacts as required.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including the leadership team, project board members, key stakeholders and business users across the organisation.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the organisation and its functions to deliver the best results for the organisation.
- Identify potential project delays and offer alternatives ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Continually ensure stakeholder satisfaction through regular communication and engagement.
- Monitor and escalate project status risks that could impact deliverables.
- Other tasks as reasonably requested by Manager.
About you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or other relevant qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering large transformational projects
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and oral
- Integrity and high work ethic
- Team focused and ability to work autonomously
- Energy, drive and a can-do attitude
- Proven adherence to legislation, policies and procedures
