The Hospitality Services at Anglican Care encompass the provision of catering, cleaning and laundry services. These services are provided by professional and friendly staff who share the common goal of assisting each and every resident to maintain well-being, independence and enjoy a quality lifestyle. Simply put ‘we aim to deliver quality food, clean rooms and friendly service.’
We continually seek and encourage resident feedback to ensure individual needs are met and that our hospitality services offer value and exceed expectations.
Offering a wide range of choices, our food services provide fresh, cooked meals daily utilising quality ingredients and supporting the use of local produce seasonally when available. Our staff have a wealth of experience in large scale catering, using the freshest ingredients and best quality foods in our meal preparation.
The meals we provide include options to meet individual nutritional requirements including diabetics and celiac disease, together with any cultural or religious preferences residents may have. Seasonal menus are offered and residents are able to change their menu options at any time.

In relation to food safety, Anglican Care must comply with current legislation both in the food it prepares for its residents and any food that may be brought in by relatives or friends. Further information in relation to this matter can be found in our Food Safety Brochure
Cleaning services are delivered in a way that is non obtrusive to residents with flexible scheduled and allocated cleaning times as agreed with each resident.
All internal areas within our residential aged care homes are maintained on a regular cleaning schedule to ensure the look and feel of the home is clean and fresh year round to provide a comfortable living environment.
Laundry services are provided five days per week, with regular pickup and delivery of fresh linen and residents clothing.
